Hi Adam. It's Jamie - I saw the link from Tom's blog so thought I'd drop in and have a look at what you're doing. Sounds as though the objective is 1:30 in a half marathon next month. Don't worry about not reaching that speed in your training as I find you always run faster in a race. Try running for 30 minutes and then do 2 series of 15 minutes at half-marathon pace with 3 minutes rest in between. Interval sessions during the week will help as well but they don't need to be over such long periods. 1 min on with 1 minute recovery over an hour sounds horrendous ! I'm shattered after 2 series of 7x1 minute this evening. Stick in there and all the best. Jamie
